Will was born and raised in Bardstown, KY. He knew he wanted to be an attorney from an early age, following in the footsteps of his father, Billy Hutchins.
A graduate of Nelson County High School, Will went on to study at the University of Kentucky, where he graduated early with a Bachelors in Political Science with a minor in Classical Studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude at both schools. Then, he continued with law school at the University of Kentucky where he graduated at the top of his class.
Will married his high school sweetheart, Darianne, who works as a Paralegal for Hutchins Law. He is also the Assistant Coach for the NCHS and TNHS swim teams.
